ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS.
New unused products do come with a manufacturer’s warranty as we are authorized dealers. Each product may have a different manufacturer warranty terms/conditions, so please investigate your questions pertaining to each item. As dealers, we also do not have any control of the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Warranty resolution is entirely governed by each manufacturer independently.
Preorder deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. While we strive to be transparent on shipping timelines, manufacturing delays do happen but we will relay any delays as soon as we know.
If delivery/shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for all freight charges. Orders cannot be canceled or refused because of shipping delays that are outside the control of the Distributor.
Items that are damaged due to freight are returnable at time of delivery only. Once the Bill Of Lading is signed by customer that game is received in good condition a claim cannot be filed. Freight damage must be noted on the bill of lading in order to file a claim.
Customer should fully inspect the package before signing the Bill of Lading.
Customer is responsible for all assembly and set-up unless otherwise noted on customer invoice.
Game adjustments may need to be made after delivery due to effects of transportation, such as vibration, shifting, etc. customer is responsible for these adjustments. We or the manufactures technical support departments will assist you via phone or email.
If an item is not in working order and the freight company has left the premises, the customer agrees to work with technical support staff to try to diagnose the problem. Most problems can be fixed with assistance. See terms and conditions.
